Carl Edwards broke the track record to achieve the pole for the Subway Fresh Fit 500(Subway is also the sponsor on his car) just as all the other pole sitters for NASCAR's three top series did this weekend. Carl posted a speed of 137.279 MPH and a time of 26.224 seconds. Carl Edwards' team has picked the 1st pit stall, as most pole sitters do.
