Unofficial Nationwide Series Lineup For Kentucky

Elliott Sadler has claimed the pole for the Feed the Children 300 at Kentucky Speedway with a speed of 173.734 miles per hour and a time of 31.082 seconds. Carl Edwards will join him on the outside front row. Kyle Busch, who is trying to achieve the weekend sweep, crashed his car in the qualifying session and therefore will race a back up car in Friday night's race.

Missing the race will be Danny Efland and Carl Long.

Nationwide Qualifying Rained Out, Almirola Will Start On Pole

A major rain storm washed out qualifying for the NASCAR Nationwide Series, but the weather still appears to be good for the race later Saturday night. Since qualifying was canceled, the starting lineup for the Chicago race will be based off of practice speeds. Aric Almirola ran the fastest lap in practice and therefore will start on the pole. Danica Patrick, who is making her return to the Nationwide Series following the Indy 500 from last weekend, will start 16th.

Nationwide Quals Rained Out, Lineup Based on Practice

Nationwide Series qualifying from Dover International Speedway has been cancled due to the weather. Because of the new rule for the 2011 season, the teams will line up based on their practice speeds. Many drivers who were supposed to miss the race made deals with start and parkers that qualified to race. David Reutimann's team was one of the teams to make a deal in exchange for a starting spot.
