Sirius Satellite Radio has learned and reported that Justin Allgaier will have Jimmy Elledge, former crew chief at Red Bull Racing, as his crew chief for the 2011 season. Supposedly Justin confirmed this on Sirius' NASCAR channel. Justin will drive the number 31 Chevy for Turner Motorports this season in the Nationwide Series, after leaving Penske racing because of lack of sponsorship.
