Tristar Motorsports has announced their plans to field a NASCAR Nationwide Series car for Mike Bliss in the 2011 season. The team has confirmed that Bliss will run the number 19 Chevy along side with teammate Eric McClure.
Here's what Mike Bliss had to say about the move:
"It feels good to finalize my plans for the 2011 season by joining the TriStar Motorsports team and to be reunited with Mark (Smith) and Dave (Fuge). In 2002 Dave and I won the Truck Championship with Mark's engines under the hood. All of us have high expectations for the upcoming season with TriStar."
Mike Bliss is a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series former champion and has two wins in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, both at Charlotte Motor Speedway in 2004 and 2009.
