"A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene after a 46-year-old man was allegedly hit in the face by a racing helmet."
Although Stewart was a arrested, he has not been charged, but police are still investigating the incident. Since he wasn't charged, Stewart was able to leave Australia on Sunday.
