Nationwide Series qualifying from Dover International Speedway has been cancled due to the weather. Because of the new rule for the 2011 season, the teams will line up based on their practice speeds. Many drivers who were supposed to miss the race made deals with start and parkers that qualified to race. David Reutimann's team was one of the teams to make a deal in exchange for a starting spot. Mike Harmon, Matthew Carter, and Johnny Chapman will not race today. Here is the unofficial lineup for the race.
