Matt Crafton was able to hold off a hard charging Austin Dillon late in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Iowa to take the checkered flag. The win marks Crafton's second career win in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
One major storyline of the event was the injury of Justin Marks, who hit the wall hard, causing a red flag. Marks was taken to the hospital, where he will stay overnight for observation. Reports say he is doing okay.
